
CM Yogi Adityanath-led UP Government laid the cornerstone of UP Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana on February 15, 2021, via video conferencing. In addition to this, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh has further added that through this scheme, there is a provision for only 50-100 students to join the classes by being physically present in the coaching centres and institutes. However, the government asserted that reaching more people would become a possibility by taking the help of online mode for conducting the classes. Free of cost study material will be available online only.
This scheme is for those students who are aiming to crack competitive examinations, but due to their weak economic condition, they fail to join coaching classes. Aspirants of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), and National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) along with several other competitive examinations will be receiving free coaching facilities under UP Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana.
The classes under this scheme have already commenced from February 16, 2021. Both online and offline mode facility are available for competitive examination aspirants in Uttar Pradesh. Assessment of students will also take place via regular weekly as well as monthly tests. The screening will be taken into consideration only based on the weekly and monthly tests. The teaching faculty encompasses a bunch of folks who have proved their mettle in their respective fields. Officers of IPS, Indian Administrative Service, Indian Forest Service, PCS cadre are responsible for providing free guidance and teaching under this Yojana kick-started by Uttar Pradesh Government.
The registration process under the ‘UP Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana’ facility of free coaching for aspirants of competitive examinations in UP has initiated from 10 February 2021. Uttar Pradesh Government has introduced this scheme for those students who fall under the category of the financially weaker section in UP. Finally, on the occasion of Vasant Panchami, i.e. 16 February 2021, this scheme by UP government got the green signal from Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath.
Under the Abhyudaya Yojana, experts of the concerned subject will portray the part of guest faculty. Details concerning syllabus, exam pattern and relevant study materials will be granted to the students gearing up for the examination under this Yojana at the division level. From 16 February, coaching classes are on.

On 16 February 2021, coaching classes have been initiated in all the 18 divisions on the pious occasion of Vasant Panchami.
