Under the Entrepreneurship Support Scheme, the MSEs application process can be online or offline. MSEs willing to apply shall have to use either online on the website www.nsicspronline.com or prescribed application form to the concerned zonal/branch office of NSIC along with requisite fees and documents. The application form containing terms & conditions is available for free of cost to the MSE. The duplicate copy of the G.P. Registration Application Form submitted by the Micro & Small Enterprise be forwarded to the concerned Inspecting agency along with copies of other required documents and requisite Proof of inspection charges revoked in favor of the concerned Inspection Agency requesting for carrying out the Technical Inspection and forward their recommendations. After receiving the Inspection Report, NSIC will issue the SPRS Registration Certificate to Micro & Small Enterprise for items/stores if all the criteria are complete.

Registration fees of SPRS under Entrepreneurship Support Scheme
The registration fee is mostly based on the Net Sales Turnover as per the latest audited Balance Sheet of the MSEs for the Registration, Renewal, and any other purpose.
The validity period of the certificate granted in favor of the Small Enterprise under the Single Point Registration Scheme of Entrepreneur Support Scheme is for Two Years. It is subject to be reviewed and renewed after every two years by proper verification of consistent Commercial and Technical Competence of the registered MSEs.
